Aadhaar, PAN and ABHA Card Auto Crop & A4 Print Guide
Need to crop an ID card from a PDF or photo and prepare it for printing? AIDocToolHub ID Card Auto Crop & A4 Print Studio supports Aadhaar, ABHA, PAN (NSDL and UTIITSL), APAAR/ABC, Ayushman (PMJAY) and Voter ID (e-EPIC) presets. Review the detected crop, place card sides on a print sheet, then print or download the result.
Upload a PDF or supported image
Open the ID Card Auto Crop & A4 Print Studio and upload a PDF or image. Choose the preset that matches your document, such as Aadhaar Card, PAN (NSDL), PAN (UTIITSL), ABHA Card, APAAR/ABC, Ayushman or Voter ID. For a password-protected PDF, use the password prompt only if you have permission and the correct password.
Auto detect and review the crop
Select the relevant PDF page and use Auto Detect to find the card region. Automatic detection is a starting point: check all four edges in the crop preview, make sure no text or card corner is cut off, and adjust the crop points if needed. Rotate a sideways source when necessary. Use Crop & Place on A4 Sheet after reviewing the crop. Blurred, skewed or low-resolution images may need manual correction.
Crop Aadhaar, PAN, ABHA and other card sides
Choose the document preset that matches the PDF layout. The studio provides front and back crop controls for supported card layouts; review each side before placing it on the sheet. Some document types or source PDFs may contain only one side, so confirm which pages were detected instead of assuming both sides are present. Use the page previews to select the intended source page.
Direct print or download A4 PDF and PNG
When the sheet looks right, select 1-Click Print to open the browser print flow, or use Download A4 PDF for a print-ready PDF. Download PNG is available when an image of the sheet is more useful. Check paper size, orientation and scaling in the print dialog. Use the required print size for your purpose; printer settings such as Fit to page can change physical dimensions. Review the final output before using it for any application or official process.
Protect identity document privacy
ID cards contain sensitive personal information. The studio processes files locally in your browser, but use a trusted device, avoid leaving files on shared computers, and remove temporary or downloaded copies when finished. Only crop or print identity documents you are authorized to handle. Check the relevant authority's current requirements before submitting or reproducing a card.
