How to fit Excel on one page
Upload your workbook and select a worksheet. Choose Fit Entire Sheet on One Page to scale both width and height to a single physical page. A large sheet can become very small: use landscape or A3 paper for more space.
How to print all Excel columns on one page
Choose Fit All Columns on One Page Width. Every visible column fits across the page, while rows continue onto additional pages. Rows and vertical merges stay together wherever possible.
How to print Excel on A4 paper
Select A4, choose portrait or landscape, and adjust margins. Turn off gridlines for a cleaner report or enable row and column headings for reference.
Convert an Excel sheet to a print-ready PDF
Check every preview page, then select Download PDF. The PDF uses the same paper dimensions, scaling and page breaks. For browser printing, select the same paper and orientation, 100% scale, no extra margins, and disable browser headers and footers.

Fit Sheet produces one page. Fit All Columns keeps the width on one page and uses as many pages as needed vertically. Actual Size can tile wide tables across multiple pages.

Which Excel formatting is supported?
XLSX basic fonts, solid fills, borders, alignment, wrapping, merges, row heights and column widths are supported. Excel fonts are substituted. Charts, images, conditional formatting, rich text, rotated text, macros, print titles and complex print settings are not reproduced. XLS styling is limited; CSV contains values only.
Are formulas calculated?
Existing cached formula results are displayed. Formulas are never recalculated. A formula without a saved result is marked and warned about.
Why does my browser print differently?
Printer drivers and browser dialogs may override paper, margins, scale or background colors. Download PDF for fixed page dimensions. Test printing a page before a large print job.
