Start with a clear source image
For the clearest result, ask for the original photo or document scan when possible. WhatsApp may compress images, so check that small text, numbers, edges and security details are still readable before printing. Keep the original file unchanged as a backup.
Crop Aadhaar front and back for an A4 sheet
Open the tool and choose Aadhaar Front + Back. Select the front and back photos, check that each side is assigned correctly, and review the crop preview. Adjust the detected corners if the photo is angled or the automatic crop misses an edge. Confirm that both sides are visible and aligned on the A4 sheet before printing.
Crop a PAN card, Voter ID or single document
Choose Single Document Auto Crop and upload one photo. Review the boundary and straighten the corners in the crop editor. Apply the crop only after checking that the whole document is inside the frame, then inspect the A4 preview for legibility and placement.
Check the A4 print preview
Before printing, choose A4 paper and check orientation, margins and scaling. Use Actual size or 100% when accurate physical dimensions matter. Printer drivers may add margins or scale a page, so follow the receiving office's stated paper and size requirements rather than assuming one layout is accepted everywhere.
Protect sensitive ID details
Aadhaar, PAN and voter documents contain sensitive personal information. This tool processes files locally in your browser, but use it only on a trusted device, avoid public or shared computers when possible, and remove downloaded or temporary copies when you no longer need them.
